With over two decades of experience in real estate, Ann brings both knowledge and professionalism to every client relationship. She has served in multiple leadership roles with the Hetch Hetchy Association of REALTORS®, including Secretary/Treasurer, Vice President, and President.

Ann specializes in residential properties, land, and vacation homes, and holds both the GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute) and RSPS (Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist) designations. Coming from a family of builders, she offers valuable insight into construction and property development.
